Immunity Booster

Our first line of defense against illnesses, colds, and viral infections is to choose a healthy lifestyle, and this immunity booster drink is full of immune-boosting ingredients that provide a variety of health benefits to help us and our families stay healthy.

One way to reap the benefits of a healthy lifestyle is to enjoy this drink that is made with a variety of vitamin-packed fruits, as well as ginger and turmeric, takes just 20 minutes to prepare and provides 32 ounces to fight off germs.

During the pandemic we were reminded of the importance of staying healthy by washing our hands frequently, but a healthy lifestyle goes much further – eating right, exercising, maintaining a healthy weight, getting a good night’s rest, etc.

When is a good time to drink this Immunity Booster?

Add this immunity booster drink to your daily routine to boost your immune system even more.

When you make this drink at home, you also save money by not buying the more expensive products at the store, and you know exactly what ingredients are going in your drink.

Will this Immunity Booster help when I’m already sick?

Yes! And you can add a teaspoon of honey to your serving if you have a sore throat.

Is this Immunity Booster safe for children?

Yes!  As parents we want the best for our children and want to protect them as much as possible.  With little ones in daycare and older children in school, it seems the germs are prevalent, waiting to attack their immune systems whenever possible.  Serving the Immunity Booster drink at breakfast would be a great way to start their day and give them an added layer of protection from diseases.

Because this drink is chocked full with nutrients, you know you are giving your child a much needed immunity boost – and it tastes good!  For toddlers, if you are concerned about the amount of natural sugar in the drink, you may want to dilute their serving with a little water.  For babies over 1 year, a syringe of juice would be great!

If you have a child who needs to be encouraged to drink their immunity booster, you might add a bit more orange or apple juice to it.

For this recipe, I used my food processer. This is the one I used:

If you only have a blender, that will do the job as well! This is my favorite blender!

You will need a cheesecloth for this recipe to drain any pulp and seeds that may have made its way into the blender.

You will also need a mesh strainer.
